Williams "Wildfire" Westernationals 2024, what more can we say? If you're new please check out the information page in the link. For everyone else get yourself signed up! A great weekend of food, talking, camping, and we even launch a few rockets.

This year we have a catered banquet on the Saturday night which we encourage you to come and enjoy, food will also be available for purchase other meals from Saturday breakfast through to Sunday lunch. As an added bonus if you get a full weekend pass as well as the banquet our wonderful Lamington Lady will supply you breakfast and lunch for Saturday AND Sunday at no extra charge. A deal not to be missed! Kitchen facilities are available for those bringing their own but access may be limited during peak periods.

Note:
25% surcharge for online registrations from the 16th-19th September inclusive.
Registration from 20th onward will be on site only and incur a 50% surcharge.


Instructions for registration:

1. If you have a WARS membership please log in before beginning.
   
2. You can register for just yourself or a group/family, select the number of guests for additional adults registering and paying together.
3. Select either the full event or a day pass from the registration type.
4. Enter names for all additional adults.
5. The required adult pass will be preselected based on registration type.
   
6. Add children registrations, the first one is free with each adult.
7. Select Saturday night dinner options if you'd like to join us for the banquet (why wouldn't you?). Make sure you both tick the box to select and set the quantity required.
8. Select next and repeat steps 6 & 7 for each adult registration.
9. Enter names and ages for children (if selected)

You will get a summary of your registration with all details to confirm before submitting. Please note your registration is not valid until it is both submitted and paid for. Registrations left unpaid will be cancelled.
